About the Review.
The Financier Review is an independent research agency producing original long-form analysis of global markets, corporate strategy, and economic systems.
Its research is prepared from primary material, including company filings, transaction documents, regulatory and central bank publications, and data compiled by the team.
Coverage is organised by specialism. Contributors work within defined areas, among them mergers and acquisitions, project finance, monetary policy, credit markets, energy, and cross-border transaction law.
Each publication integrates macroeconomic context, company-level dynamics, and cross-market relationships, with attention to the mechanisms through which policy is transmitted and capital allocated.
The team is international, based across Europe and drawn from finance and law faculties as well as from professional practice. Work is produced in several jurisdictions and legal traditions.
The Review is self-funded and carries no advertising or sponsorship. Editorial decisions are made independently of any outside party.

Mihail Gaydarov is the founder of The Financier Review, where he and his team produce data-driven analysis on global markets, liquidity conditions, and the architecture of modern finance.
He holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma and has completed certifications in finance, financial analysis and quantitative finance from Yale University, Wharton and J.P. Morgan.
In parallel, he established Gaydarov Finance, a consulting initiative focused on market analysis and investment strategy. He is currently pursuing a degree in finance at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
