A gaydarov finance project
The Financier Review is an independent news and analysis agency that falls under the ownership of Gaydarov Finance - a privately owned financial consulting firm. The news agency was established with the sole purpose of providing clarity on the topics we uncover.
While we provide private consulting when it comes to investing, we want to contribute to the ordinary investor that is just getting started. With a team of young and passionate students we give a vouch to objectively present the information to you, our reader.

Mihail Gaydarov
Founder, Managing Partner, Chief Financial Analyst. Mihail Gaydarov is the founder of The Financier Review, where he produces data-driven analysis on global markets, liquidity conditions, and the architecture of modern finance.
He holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma and has completed certifications in finance and financial analysis from Yale University and J.P. Morgan.
In parallel, he established Gaydarov Finance, a consulting initiative focused on market analysis and investment strategy. He is currently pursuing a degree in finance at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Boris atanasov
Managing Partner, Chief Legal Analyst.Boris Atanasov is a law student at the University of Turin and Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
He has gained practical experience as a Legal Assistant at SKF Group (Bulgaria) and has held a leadership role as Vice Chairman within the Sofia Students Council.
He has represented Bulgaria at the Model European Parliament in Strasbourg, participated in the JEF Europe summit in Brussels, and is a 1st place winner of a national moot court competition.
His work focuses on legal analysis, geopolitics, and the intersection of law and financial systems.

Giovanni epifano
Partner, Financial Analyst, Political Analysis Specialist.Giovanni Epifano is a Finance student at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with additional academic experience and completed programs from leading institutions such as KCL, Harvard, Duke, and Vanderbilt.
This has provided him with a strong foundation of academic and international experience.
The combined expertise in finance, SQL data analysis and conflict resolution enables him to analyse complex global challenges and contribute to solutions that integrate economic stability with diplomatic strategy in international environments.

Nikolay marinski
Chief Business Analyst, Financial Analyst.Nikolay is currently an Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation student at Tilburg University. A creative lateral thinker with a strong passion for entrepreneurship, business analysis, and finance.
He has experience in taking startup ideas from concept and developing them into reality. He combines analytical rigor with a hands-on approach, consistently translating ideas into structured and actionable business strategies.

Alexandria chaliovski
Financial AnalystAlexandria Chaliovski is a BSc student in International Economics and Finance at Bocconi University, with a strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomic dynamics, and investment strategy.
She combines academic rigor with practical experience in capital markets analysis, having worked on M&A, equity, and debt transactions, as well as valuation and market research.
She actively explores the intersection of finance and geopolitics through research and international forums.

Financial Analyst, M&A SpecialistSpas Arsov
A second-semester international student at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), majoring in Business Administration with upcoming specialisations in Finance and International Accounting & Controlling.
With experience in asset management and financial analysis, as well as an interest and expertise in the realms of M&A, Growth Equity, and Ethical Investing, with a particular interest in green hydrogen infrastructure.
